These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Green Girl Cosmetics website located at https://greengirlcosmetics.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Green Girl Cosmetics, LLC (“Green Girl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Site.

If an order is canceled after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Products may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings, lighting, and batch variation.

We use third-party processors to securely handle payments.

By submitting an order, you authorize us or our processor to charge your selected payment method for:

• product price(s)
• taxes
• shipping fees

We’re not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is given to the carrier. We’re not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Shipping Policy posted on the Site. Please review it before ordering. Unless stated otherwise:

• returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• original shipping fees are non-refundable
• you are responsible for return shipping and risk of loss during transit

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product price and applicable tax.

From time to time we may offer promotions, referral rewards, or discounts. Unless stated otherwise:

• promotions cannot be combined
• promotions cannot apply retroactively
• rewards/points have no cash value
• we may modify or terminate promotions or rewards at any time

We may cancel participation in programs that appear fraudulent or abusive.

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, packaging designs, icons, and media—is owned by or licensed to Green Girl and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our written consent.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Green Girl a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for any lawful purpose, including marketing and advertising.

You represent you own the rights to the User Content and that it doesn’t infringe the rights of others or violate any law. We may moderate, remove, or decline to post User Content at our discretion.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Our products and content:

• are for cosmetic use only
• are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Always consult a qualified health professional regarding any medical concerns.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or virus-free servers.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so these limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Girl and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid for the product(s) in the last six (6) months, or
• one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.

You agree to indemnify and hold Green Girl harmless from losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of a third-party right.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services not controlled by Green Girl. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating a formal dispute, please contact us at greengirlmakeup@gmail.com. so we may attempt to resolve it.

If unresolved, disputes will be resolved:

• in small claims court, or
• through individual arbitration, where permitted by law

Class or representative actions are waived to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms) remain in effect.
